Dr. Aakansha Singh is an Assistant Professor at Amity Centre for Behavioral Sciences (ACBS), Amity University. She is a UGC – Net qualified in the field of Management. She has completed her Masters from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra and Ph.D in the field of HR & OB from Amity University, Noida. She has around 9 years experience in teaching and research. She has participated and presented research papers in various national and international seminars and conferences. She has also received “Second Best Paper” award in an International conference conducted by Amity University, Noida. She has published various research papers in the SCOPUS, WOS and UGC listed journals. She has also reviewed research papers for SCOPUS and WebOfScience indexed journals. Her research area includes Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Organizational culture, Employee commitment and other related areas. She is also a certified POSH trainer.
